16 blocks.

"You give the car keys to your best friend and you let him take the old lady to the hospital. You stay at the bus stop with the girl because she's the girl of your dreams, right? So everything is going to be okay."
-Bruce Willis

Todd explained this one to me last night. "By giving his best friend the keys, he's saving his best friend's life and thus returning the favor. He's also saving the old lady's life. And he's staying with the girl of his dreams because she's the girl of his dreams not the girl of his best friend's dreams."

If Eddie Bunker was right and that this hypothetical situation makes a simple insinuation at where you are in your life, then I'm definitely not as devoted as I orginally thought.

Frankly, I'd stay at the bus stop with my best friend because if he's anything like me, we'll find a way to circumvent the hurricane. As for the other two, I'll go see them after.

Pragmatically I ask, what kind of car only holds two people? I'd ride in the trunk.

And with that,

I must go.
